	Parsons, Cunningham & Shartle Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1986 in Hendricks County, with an emphasis in residential and commercial engineering projects. The principals of the company are: Chet Parsons, P.E. Cheryl Cunningham ,P.E. Stan Shartle, P.E., L.S. Design team with over 100 years experience dedicated to each project
	Together they have extensive experience in all aspects of development, including ordinance interpretation and implementation, surveying, drainage, traffic analysis, value engineering, environmental permitting, design and construction inspection.
