Description of Project:   The project is Indianapolis’ largest combined sewer overflow project. The Owner is implementing a Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) to address combined sewer overflows (CSOs) in the City of Indianapolis. Included in the plan are provisions for a series of consolidation sewers, drop shafts, and a 250 feet deep tunnel to capture 97 percent (average of two overflows per year) and 95 percent (average of four overflows per year) of CSOs along Fall Creek and White River, respectively.   PCS Engineers performed topographic surveys and right of way engineering in addition to preparing the site design for the pumping station complex and ongoing construction inspection services.
