Natalie Stephen brings over a decade of engineering industry experience to Etica. Working across disciplines including project management, site and sustainable design, design of stormwater systems, hydrology and hydraulic analysis for small structures and bridges and state and local permitting processes, she works to ensure quality with every Etica project. Natalie has extensive knowledge in the areas of site development and stormwater systems, and is well-versed in the permitting & approval processes required for state agencies including the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) and Army Corps of Engineers. She has worked closely with the City of Indianapolis Department of Code Enforcement (DCE) on multiple stormwater, flood and transportation permits, and has worked on multiple stormwater, roadway, bridge and small structures projects through various agencies, including INDOT and the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works (DPW). Additionally, Natalie is also proficient in several software programs pertinent to hydraulic design, including: HEC-RAS, HY-8, Storm & Sanitary Analysis and Microstation.
